Hospital Outreach Programme (HOP):
A desire to reach out to precious people in various hospitals, was born in us by our Lord Jesus Christ who demonstrated to the entire world that the well being of others is very important to any community. Jesus Christ did this by going around doing well and healing the sick during his lifetime in the fresh.Scriptures still teach us that one of the best ways the love of God is demonstrated among us is by caring for one another and when one of us is sick it’s an opportunity not only to care but to minister to them.
We need healthy people in order to realize our mission of transforming communities.
Research has proven that people with those who love and care about them, recover faster from any illness as opposed to those without anyone caring and loving them which is evidence that hospitalized people struggling with diverse illnesses need more than medical treatment for their recovery. Some merely need someone besides them, others someone to talk to, others just need someone to show them love and care among others because most sicknesses and deaths reported come as a result of fear, stress, anxiety,lack of hope, etc. for that reason, our Hospital Outreach Programme exists for the purposes of extended care and love tothe beloved ones hospitalized in various societies.
Over the years of taking part in this programme, we have witnessed our loving Father God working through our team amazingly in facilitating people’s recovery processes and aiding them live a hopeful and healthy life again. Hospital Outreach Programme is greatly beneficial to societies in a way that both instant and progressive healing, hope, joy among other benefits are witnessed in the patients and their caretakers reached.
Under this programme, we reach out to God’s precious people in different hospitals with holistic Gospel of Christ Jesus which includes; hope building counseling and donation of helpful materials such as food stuffs to the patients and their caretakers.
Reliant on our budget at the time of outreach,material donations are made towards the welfare of the entire hospital community based on their present need as a support to the hospital management. We also offer free services which include but not limited to; inspiring dialogs with workforce, cleaning and painting of premises among others.
